Payment Terms
The total amount is due at the time of booking.
In the event of a cancellation, any refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Security Deposit
A refundable deposit of 500 EUR is due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
50 % of the amount paid will be refunded if the booking is canceled 30 days or more before arrival.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made later than 15 days before arrival.
House Rules
Our experience has shown that a few house rules regarding the use of the inventory and guest behavior help ensure a carefree stay and prevent misunderstandings in advance.
Arrival and Departure
Unless otherwise agreed, check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m. and check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Noise and Quite Hours
Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise levels — both inside and outside the house — to a minimum, especially when playing music or watching TV. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. Parties and events are not permitted.
Visitors
Visitors are welcome at our holiday home for short stays. However, it is not permitted to let unregistered guests stay overnight. If the number of guests changes, please inform us in advance so we can prepare the house accordingly.
Smoking
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use the outdoor areas if you wish to smoke.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in our holiday home.
Cleaning
Final cleaning is included in the rental price and will be carried out after your departure.
